A written repair quote and failure analysis will be provided to your within 1-3 business days after receipt of your product at our facility. Standard lead time may increase in cases where parts are not readily available or severe damage is evident.

Expedited services can be quoted the same day that your product is received. Weekday overtime and weekend service can also be provided at your request. Expedited timelines are based on part availability and may not be provided for all spindles, especially obsolete makes and models.
Fill out our contact form, complete and attach our incoming spindle alert form, and a Superior Spindle representative will contact you with the next steps, including how to ship your spindle to our facility.
Once we receive your damaged spindle, we’ll disassemble and evaluate it in our Class 10,000 cleanroom. Each component is chemically cleaned and checked for flaws. After inspection, we’ll create a Failure Analysis Report, outlining what we found and our recommended repair plan. You’ll typically receive this report 1-3 business days after we receive your spindle.
Our factory-trained team handles repairs, documenting each phase of the repair project in our quality management system, along with digital photographs of our progress.
Our team performs any machining, balancing, or rewinding required after repairs, then manages a complete run-in test.
We’ll ship your newly repaired CNC spindle back to you, along with a detailed report highlighting the primary cause of failure, installation and maintenance recommendations, and components that were replaced or remanufactured.
