A written repair quote and failure analysis will be provided to you normally within 1-3 business days after receipt of your product at our facility. The standard lead time for our services is 10-14 business days after you approve your quote, except in cases where parts are not readily available or severe damage is evident.
Emergency services can be quoted the same day that your product is received. Upon your approval of the quote, lead time is 1-3 business days. Weekday overtime and weekend service can also be provided at your request. Additionally, emergency services are based on part availability and may not be able to be provided for all spindle makes and models.
